Peakview Property Management, LLC will not knowingly, reveal confidential information of clients or tenants and will take all precautions in keeping information in regard to owners and tenants reasonably secured to prevent identity theft. We will not discriminate in the rental, lease, or negotiation for real property based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, or handicap and will comply with all federal, state, and local laws concerning discrimination. We will treal all Tenants professionally when applying for, living in, and vacating a managed residence. A high regard for the safety and health of those lawfully at a managed property will be upheld. All funds received on behalf of others will be held in compliance with state law. We use email addresses to answer the emails we receive, communicate with Tenants, and may be used to disiminate quarterly newsletters.  Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. The information you provide in the Lease Application shall be kept confidential except where it is necessary to communicate with previous landlords, provided references and collection of debt.
